The Sims [review]

I have had this game for a long time but I am just only doing this review now.

For all those people who don't have or have never heard of the game it is a computer game (made by Maxis, aka the makers of Sim City) where you can create and control people called Sims. What you do is you create a family and a home and help the family do a number of things such as get jobs, go to school, pay bills, take care of their house, and basically stay alive. This is a fairly simple game. My sister figured it out when she was four years old all by herself and has been playing it since. It is a really great game. It is rated TEEN for mild violence and sexual themes. There isn't much anything to worry about though. It is just that when Sims are in love they can hug and kiss (nothing kids don't see their parents do though), and if Sims don't like each other they fight via slapping or fighting beneath a grey cloud (like cartoons!).

This game is very fun and super addictive. The best thing is that there are a number of cool downloads at www.thesims.com, and a lot of great expansion packs in stores and on line.
